Safeguarding requirements for GP PGDiTs
- All trainees need full safe guarding training adult and child level 3 every 3 years, usually eLearning for Health
- This should be completed in the first 6m post of training
- All trainees need an update yearly
- That means ST2 + ST3 will need to do yearly updates if full course completed in ST1
Important: You all need to complete a comprehensive adult and child safeguarding reflection once per ST year for ARCP
If you do not have access to eLearning for Health, please contact the South Tees mandatory training team who should be able to create an account for you. This will allow you to complete al your mandatory training required for your post too.
