Y&H GP Trainees are invited to join us for a whole day face to face course on Clinical Supervision.
Clinical supervision is a complex task, and the term has different meanings in different circumstances. This course will focus on:
• Practical skills & models for day-to-day supervision of dependant practitioners
• Understanding the regulatory issues around supervising others.
• Understanding the supervisor-supervisee relationship
• Understanding the organisational issues around clinical supervision.
• Planning your own supervision journeys.
