At the Friarage Hospital there are 17 rooms for junior doctors, which are all en-suite and complete with crockery and bed linen. These rooms are cleaned once a week and the communal areas are cleaned Monday to Friday.

There are three kitchens, one with a dining area. There is central heating and double-glazing to some rooms. A TV lounge with satellite TV and computer and laundry room are also available.

Access to residences is by ID card and parking is free.
